Individual session

Something is off, and you already know it

You can describe what's wrong in one sentence. You just can't say why it keeps happening.

Focused, structured psychological work for capable adults who are ready to examine what is actually wrong and change it. Sixty minutes, online.

What we work on

These things don't exist in isolation

People come with burnout, relationship breakdown, sexual disconnection, identity confusion, performance anxiety, existential drift, and a quiet but persistent sense that something is misaligned. Often several at once.

Your relationship with your work affects your relationship with your body. Your sexual self-image affects your confidence. Your sense of meaning affects everything.

We work with what is actually there, not with the version you can explain comfortably.

Areas of work

Seven places this usually starts

Burnout and exhaustion High-functioning people who are performing but running on empty. Professionally successful and personally disconnected.
Identity and self-image Who you are beneath the role, the success, and the version of yourself you present to the world.
Sexual self-image and disconnection Shame, avoidance, performance anxiety, low desire, difficulty with intimacy. Examined without judgement, as part of the whole picture rather than as a separate department.
Relational strain Patterns that repeat across relationships. Attachment difficulties. The gap between the connection you want and the one you have.
Performance and achievement Sports psychology, executive performance, the psychology of pressure, and what happens when achievement stops feeling like enough.
Existential questions Meaning, direction, mortality, freedom, and the felt sense that the life you are living is not quite the one you intended.
Anxiety, grief and loss Including unprocessed experiences that have calcified into patterns of avoidance, control or emotional shutdown.

I do not stay on the surface, and I do not provide a space for you to vent without progress.

How I work

One framework, not four tools

Cognitive behavioural therapy, cognitive analytic therapy, existential psychotherapy and clinical sexology — integrated, and informed by the Dharmaplicity Six Domains Model rather than applied one at a time.

The workDirect and structured, focused on clarity, insight and a change in behaviour. If I think you're wrong, I'll say so, kindly and to your face.

If it's the two of you

Some of this belongs in the room with your partner

If what's wrong is the relationship itself and you both want to work on it, a couple session is the better starting point. If only one of you is willing, start here — changing how one person operates inside a relationship changes the relationship.

Questions people actually ask

Before you book

I don't really know what's wrong. Is that a problem? No. That's the usual starting point, and working out what is actually wrong is the first hour's job. People who arrive with a tidy diagnosis have often decided on the wrong one.
Is this therapy or coaching? Clinical psychological work. Not coaching, and not a place to be agreed with. The distinction matters because the methods and the training behind them are different.
How many sessions will I need? There's no answer before we've met. Some people come for six weeks about one decision. Others stay a year. You can stop whenever you want, and I'd rather you ended having got what you came for than kept an appointment out of habit.
Do we have to talk about sex? Only if it's relevant. Some people want to start there, others never raise it. What I won't do is treat it as an awkward add-on, because it rarely behaves like one.
Is it confidential? Yes, within the usual legal limits, which I'll explain in the first session.
What if you're not the right person? I'll tell you, and point you somewhere better. That's a real answer, not a formality — and it's part of what the first session is for.

This is not crisis care. If you're in immediate danger or unable to keep yourself safe, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country. I'll always reply, but not always straight away.

Begin with clarity

If something feels misaligned, this is where the work begins

We start with a single session. From there we clarify what is actually wrong, what is driving it, and what needs to change.
